1. Chicken hearts - weird. I thought I was eating bollocks, to be honest. Small, round, squishy balls. Very peppery, and when you bit in to the slightly harder outer casing, they exploded in a squishy mess of ventricles and aortas in my mouth. Not sure I'll be eating them again.
2. Swordfish - fatty. Almost like bacon rind in parts, when you've grilled the bacon really lightly. Only not as chewy, and sort of faded into the mouth. Not a fan.
3. Ostrich - had an almost liver-y taste, but really nice with it. Would go again.
4. Kangaroo - fucking lovely. Like perfectly cooked beef, wonderful stuff. I'm only ever eating kangaroo again, and nothing else. Ever.
