at the moment:

'Neil Young, Zero to Sixty' by Johnny Rogan. pretty compelling stuff, although Rogan's a bit confusing sometimes: he seems to slag off about 50% of After the Goldrush and then concludes that it's a masterful piece of work. and he really hates Harvest.

'Redemption Song'. Joe Strummer's autobiography - about the third Clash bio i've read in the last couple of years. and it's still not getting boring. did you know that guy stevens used to stop off at highbury every morning and walk out on the pitch before going to the studio to produce on London Calling?
