We just got a new work mug (yes, singular) which has a line drawing of a duck with a stethoscope over it's 'ears' next to the scripty words 'trust me I'm a ducktor'. Joke doesn't work, even by broad standards of mug-based comedy. This thing is in my life now. Mugs are for keeps, perhaps even more so than pets.

I'm sure, although I've never been able to test it, that coffee tastes better when it's drunk out of something that's funny.
