so as i can't get to waitrose as i am effectively a pensioner for the next week, please go out and buy it. it is called alibi and is a 'pretox' drink. this means it's amazing for preparing your body for badness e.g. drinking. in fact, it's amazing for hangovers. have a couple before you go out and thank me in the morning. it's on special at 99p a can for a while so check it out.

anyone else had their appendix out? how long does it take to recover completely? I had it out on Friday night.
