Just thought id copy and paste our flatmate wanted advert from gumtree on to here... you never know...

We are two male students (19yo & 20yo) a first year @ Glasgow School of Art and 1st yr @ Glasgow uni. We have a double bedroom free to rent out in our flat which is located at the bottom of Maryhill Road, directly next to the Lidl there, and a 2 minute walk to St Geroges Cross subway stop or Great Western road. (In a nutshell its in the perfect location in between the West End and the city centre)

Rent is only £200pcm not including bills.
We do not have our own internet connection, but use next doors wireless connection (naughty i know) which works pretty well most of the time.

We are both laid back and easy to get on with, and all we ask of you is that you share the responsabilites of the flat with us (bills, cleaning etc) (our last flatmate would never clean up after herself and would not help out with that flat in anyway, if this is you, please do no apply) We are both also musicians, so you may hear music in the flat from time to time, (hope this isnt a problem)
