My flatmate is moving out in the next couple of months and I need someone to replace him.
It’s a 2 bedroom flat situated in East Dulwich (although the nearest station is Honour Oak Park), it’s in a lovely old Art Deco building, which can be seen via the magic of google stalktastic mapping thing here: http://tinyurl.com/cuvezl it has an ace internal courtyard thing with trees, plants and stone heads of Princess Diana. It looks a bit like this when it snows: http://photos-a.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-ak-snc1/v2112/213/39/554270423/n554270423_5559280_4558.jpg
If you swing to the right on the google thing you can see local shops/pub/chippy directly opposite the flats. A bit further down the road are more shops, cafes, post office, etc and the lovely Peckham Rye park. About 10 mins walk to Lordship Lane where there’s more shops and that, or about 15 mins walk to Peckham (good library there).
Train is about 10 mins to London Bridge and runs pretty regularly. Also busses from outside the flat and a load more within walking distance. N63 is the night bus of choice as it stops immediately outside the flat and comes all the way from Kings Cross.
Here are a couple of pictures (please excuse phone camera quality).
I will put up some more once I get hold of a decent camera and my housemate has tidied his room. The room has a double bed, cupboard, drawers, etc. The bathroom is also massive and has a shower and all that malarky.
Money wise the rent is £425, which is pretty good for a 2 bed flat of this size, bills (inc council tax) are around £90 a month.
I fully expect 0 replies due to the length of this post.
Tell your friends! Also, I’m ace to live with and nice and stuff!
