ingredients must be available at Morrisons
ponzu dressing (lemon/lime and soy sauce)
what about baby spinach leaves, thats well healthy?
it's an interpretation of my favourite salad, where you would use sashimi grade salmon and sea bass instead of smoked salmon, but you know...morrison's... also you would have beansprouts and some little crouton things and sesame seeds too.
and just fill the whole thing with grated cheese and those ming dried onion things. It's what i do why I want to be healthy.
I fail at continuity. And spelling.
I ended up making a motherfucking WALDORF salad
mediterrean roast veg (had a lot of sweetcorn in it too)
salad, red and green leaves yr standard italian salad i guess
and thingycake, whaddaycallthem? corn cake? yellow anyway, tastes good.
someone else made it, but it was yum.
