Dan's 24 and works in web/media design and I'm 23, work in audio sales and play in a band called The Tupolev Ghost. Both easy going but tidy.

The flat's on Lower Clapton Road, directly overlooking Clapton Pond (very pretty n all) with bus stop right outside for 38, 48, 55, 56, 253/4, 106 and a few more. It's got really high ceilings and massive tall windows throughout, all recently refurbished so new kitchen, bathroom, carpets and paint. We've got Virgin 10mb broadband and TV and we're only asking £400 + bills a month.
