I wrote a pretty big letter of complaint to the Uni Accommodation Office because despite our clean lovely flat, we kept getting insects crawling around and they weren't doing anything.

So they came round and sprayed it all etc. the next day.

Anyway they came round again today, and have been going round inspecting the flat for things that they can tell us off about.

-Fairy lights.
-Propping doors open with little door stoppers - FIRE HAZARD.
-A window which was broken when we got here HAS NOT BEEN FIXED and apparently it's our fault.
-We're not TREATING THE HOOVER right.

I'd love to throw a glass plate at them.
