I feel the need to become brilliant at making casseroles.
My reasoning for this as follows:
a) I should do much more cooking than I do.
b) Since I have an oven but no hob casseroles are probably the most practical option available to me.
Anyway, so far I've made one very basic casserole today using tuna, pepper, tomato, mushrooms and onion and some tomato soup as a stock. Clearly this is very much a beginner's casserole.
Feel free to offer me any advice and tips you have in building my skills between now and when I leave my flat in about six months' time. It's probably safest to assume I'm an utter idiot and know nothing when offering advice.
