This event is happening a couple of streets away from me. I draw your attention to the four famous guests in the last paragraph, suggesting as I do so that one of these things is not like the others:

MAF-UK is set to be one of the largest and most interactive Martial Arts events ever to hit the UK, and is proud to be bringing together a unique blend of both the traditional and modern martial arts from all corners of the globe for this very special two day event.

MAF-UK will be host to numerous activities throughout the 2 day festival including the Martial Arts Freestyle UK Open Championships, the British Arnis Alliance Championship, and a Full Contact Fight Night. There will also be over 25 FREE* one hour workshops and demonstrations including; Rapid Arnis International, Sheffield Dragons Team Elite, Alan Gibson (Wing Chun), Jamie Clubb, Ian Abernethy, Mo Teague, Paul Drury, Dennis Jones (Samurai on the door), Joe Williams (Blindfolded Samurai), Samantha Smyth (XMA), Chris Jones and Andy Taylor (Movie Stunt-Fighting)!

The festival also plays host to 50+ Exhibitors ranging from Martial Art schools, Martial Art stores offering discounted equipment and clothing, Martial Art Billing & Business Management companies, Health & Fitness Supplement stores, a Bruce Lee Dedication from Andrew Staton Head of the Bruce and Brandon Lee Association and a whole lot more!

In addition to this incredible array of attractions; MAF-UK is delighted to be bringing some very special celebrity guests to the festival including Chris Crudelli (Mind, Body & Kick Ass Moves), Gok Wan (How to Look Good Naked), Silvio Simac (World Gold Medallist and Actor) and Zara Phythian (13x World Martial Arts Champion and Actress) to name just a few, who will be attending to demonstrate and/or run various FREE* Workshops and Q&A Sessions on both the Saturday and Sunday!
