Yep, still failing here on Level 28. I've managed to decipher the pictures (tango, hotel, romeo etc.) and realise that they're all numbers, but all attempts to use these numbers have failed. I've even tried looking up the answers to the questions related to the numbers but these aren't any use either. Anyone?
