On the contrary. I've never felt more dread than I have when waking up for school. The prospect of a rainy, windy, Monday morning, PE first thing. 1500m with all the chav moron idiots. Forced naked showers.

All the pressure applied to you about SATs and GCSE's being rock hard and vital and if you fail them your life is over. All false.

I realised how worthless and pathetic the whole thing was by year 10, but it was too late then.

School = the only point of my life I didn't feel completely comfortable and happy.
