i'm afraid of its contents. this is nearly debilitating. i'm gonna open it quickly, scan its length then close the window. then i shall open it again and read the first word. then i'll decide if it is not going to devastate me. then i'll read the second word... etc etc

anyone else suffer from this with emails or texts? i love phone calls, someone just tells you something.
