his food generally looks like some long deceased worms in a sewage sauce served on some plasterboard.
it was all kinds of immense. The aspirin in particular.

but i fancy making something sweet. Quiona is lovelly, i prefer it to cous cous it feels far more substantial.
jacket potato and beans from the canteen: £1.65
put a splash of olive oil in the potato before i added the beans, to negate the need for butter, which would've cost me a further 10p. but olive oil is free?
a bowl of muesli for afters: about 40p

i had a new york deli special, with pastrami and tomato and lettuce and mayo and mustard and gherkin. and a can of diet coke.
calories: dunno, 300-400ish
and for tea i had 'smothered chicken' in a pub, and a pint. cost £3.50, rating: 8/10, calories: loads.
i can't imagine why you would use chopsticks at home.

the sandwich shop was surprisingly cheap for the quality of stuff they were selling, but the pub one was a 2 for £5 deal.
