It's my girlfriend's birthday soon, and I was thinking of taking her to the seaside for a couple of days next week. Brighton seems to best option. Only problem is I haven't been there since I was about 4, and my knowledge of it only really extends to Sugar Rush and Brighton Rock. Anyone got any tips as to things to do, places to see etc? Also, nice places to stay for the night would also be appreciated.
