Do you reckon your job rots your brain (new research re brain starting to decline at 27 plus me hypothesising)?

I wonder whether this is a biological fact or simpyl the fact that 22 is the age when people in University finish full-time education and by 27 you've had 5 years of potentially unstimulating work.

Certainly I feel like I don't use my brain anything like I could in my job and I do wonder if that can cause long-term damage to mental capabilities.

Do you think your job impairs or helps your mental functioning?
