let's have a heated debate
1. likes rugby more than football
2. Has ridden a horse
But I dont get it
Im gonna adopt a cockney accent and smoke indoors
an abundance of material wealth and a respectful adherence to traditional values?
Should I not have taken this thread seriously?
i was just talking about it with someone posh
is called Charles
it's begging you know.
and when they discover this they approach the matter with the air of a scientist discover a new, coherent life form.
i don't sound posh, but i look a bit posh
ugg boots, denim skirt or sweat pants, rugby shirt or university hoody. spends loads of daddy's money
University hoodies are my actual most hated thing in the world ever.
they're pretty chavvy in slough, all the hawt chav girls wear them with their big hoop earrings and it REVS MY ENGINE, I'LL TELL YOU
Spose you'd just have to power through
not the pikey one's in tracksuits mind
apostrophe nightmare AND A HALF amirite?
I want to be in their lives
wear flip-flops, sweat pants, rugger tops and gilets. Talk loudly and endlessly in the uni library about how "lashed" you were last night. Listen to jack Johnson. Join a rugby team (or even better, a polo team). If you're a graduate, live in clapham, work in the city. All these things seem to impress posh girls.
some of the girls at my state school in slough, which was a bit of a dump, were from ascot and they were well posh
telling a story about how she went out to buy a pair of jeans and came home with a horse. That kind of massive fuck up only happens if you're posh.
Oh, curb stomping is your solution to everything poptimus
instead of saying it to rhyme with "marriage"
white people with dreadlocks
people from devon without devonshire accents
having a name like freya or india
being genial and overly comfortable with yourself in every single situation
for men - having really thick ridiculous brushed up hair
shopping casually in fortnum & mason
wears polo shirts a lot.
anyone less affluent and well spoken than me is common
-living in a non-labour constituency.
-coming from a place where you should have an accent but you don't.
posh is having a funny accent and saying words proper
went to private school
has stupid posh name
has stupid posh face
has stupid posh hair
often overly confident
it's about those specific things on that list
there's no class prejudice in your post at all.
*backs towards door slowly*
you posh twat.
if you're PROPERLY posh then it's all about the Lacrosse. Oh yeah.
Championship football next season against Spurs
but people always say that I sound it. Just because someone can speak proper English, does not make them posh.
I'd say if you're from a family that is "well off", although I really don't know how much money they'd need to qualify as well off.
