Or words to that effect.
What did they expect??
It was on the website when I first saw it a couple of hours ago; they took it down shortly afterwards.
Quite possibly worse than anything Littlejohn has ever come out with
So the kids who survived grew up to be drunken lecherous teenagers? Just like every other teenager in Britain?
THEY MAY AS WELL BE TEABAGGING THEIR GRAVES.
"Have Your Say is unavailable for this story"
There's a pretty good blog post about it here:
Cheers for the link. Can't believe I've never been on it before.
"Among the blogs on his site is a list of the 23 best chat-up lines – but he is still single."
can we start a campaign to get her fired?
I demand the immediate return of my one minute silence.
Andy Murray has done alright though.
The ahate the Daily Mail can't even print.
they link to completely unrelated things and fail to have any kind of point
what an absolutely terrible terrible story.
i can feel the soil falling over my head
this is on a par with the whole jade debaucle for retarded tabloid behaviour
So are gutter rags like the Express.
and this is pretty much the story of her life. She says things like "my neighbour saw Dave giving me the shocker in my back garden."
Why don't they have stories like 'but some people died in two world wars to save this country!!!1'
entirely indefensible journalism
When I first read it I was sure it was a fake - apart from the general shittiness of the article it's just so badly written.
But The Express has far surpassed the Mail in terms of downright hatefulness.
Surely the most onion-ish line ever seen outside of The Onion.
I mean seriously, just what the fuck?
genuinely incredible. i can't get my head around why it was written, and what purpose it serves, it makes no sense
Why wasn't the Primeminister informed about this.
The worst thing about it is that you can imagine they have been sitting on this for while. Finding their bebo sites when the kids were, say, 16, 17, and then thinking 'Shit we can't do this just yet...'
Wait until all of them are 18 and bam, out this tosh comes. It's been a while since an article made my jaw drop, but...wow.
It's an utterly vile piece of journalism, something that the Express simply shouldn't be allowed to get away with. Reading it has genuinely angered me.
the most retarded thing i've ever seen
it's just beyond belief
where the lawyer who was defending the rapist showed the court photos of the victim from her bebo site where she was out enjoying herself with friends, and claimed that this proved the rape hadn't affected her
i'm pretty sure she's human.
I don't think anyone deserves that. I even feel a bit sorry for Scientology!
which is about as DiS as it gets.
someone told me about something similar in the star. sounds incredible. "LOOK HOW DRUNK THEY ARE. THIS CLEARLY IS A DIRECT RESPONSE TO THE ATROCITY THEY WITNESSED."
I've been in a rage since I saw it on the front page in a garage.
Fucking stupid, yes. Offensive? No.
and basically being told via a front page news article that surviving such a tragedy means that you forfeit the right to try and leave a vaguely normal, quiet life.
they will be cringing in embarrassment.'"
Yes, when they should be looking back at what happened thirteen years ago and lock themselves out of sight forever.
Dear Paula, suck ma baws.
and she's on record as saying that her quotes were taken from an interview about social networking websites in general (ie. there was apparently no mention of Dunblane).
Before it's delivered to Downing Street, the PCC and Express offices. Please sign if you haven't already, and forward on if you're feeling particularly helpful! Even a bump up on this topic would be greatly appreciated, dudes.
