There's a Traynor-baiting Battle Of The Bands competition being set up in Leicestershire and in presumed desperation the organiser has been emailing details to every local band he can think of, with very short shrift in response (snow_brigade's lot got one, I know, and even Maybeshewill if you can ever imagine them in a BOTB)

I've seen a copy of the email, and as well as the deathless statement "We have also been in talks with all the TV stations to cover the whole competition" - well, that's BBC1's Saturday evenings sorted - is this prize sentence:

"The winner will win the opportunity to potentially play on the same line-up with either or some of these bands: - Kasabian (TBC), The Young Knives (TBC), The Displacements (TBC), The Happy Mondays (TBC) and The Fun Lovin Criminals (TBC)."
