Which league or premiership ground is the highest (by altitude) in England?
The world hates a smart arse.
Just you were first to reply, kill any kind of guessing.
But seriously, there is a right answer to this one - and no cheating by googling it.
in Bolivia or somewhere? I'm thinking of The Strongest aren't I? Oh well...
of the 92.
sorry for the delay.
...4 teams across the world had the Japanese printing company 'Kyocera' sponsor their kit.
Name the teams.
but i'd have to cheat to know the rest
...I prefer "surreptitiously using all means at my disposal".
Besides, I don't think you could find the answer that easily with or without the web so by all means give it your best shot. I only know it because a) I'm sad b) one of my teams is currently sponsored by them and c) I've played FIFA too much.
Incidentally, whilst browsing for random trivia facts I found out Christian Dailly has his own Indie band. What a legend.
Clube Atletico Paranaense?
Kyoto Purple Sanga?
...on Kyoto as they weren't 1 of the 4 I was thinking of, but bingo on Paranaense!
The other 2 aren't that obscure, they're both European teams currently playing in the respective countries' top domestic league if that helps.
That's 50 pounds into the bonus bank!
Who is the only player ever to recieve a cup winners medal before a cup final?
...can you name the competition?
well, I saw it when mine posted.
I remember this well, hilarious scenes
collecting his league cup final medal before the FA Cup final.

Roy Keane's booking against Juventus in the Champion's League Semi Final meant that no matter what the result of the final was, a precedent would be set. What precedent was this?
A captain wouldn't miss the final, another player would just be given the responsibility. Think along those lines.
and then lift the cup?
It was the first time a Goalkeeper playing as captain lifted the trophy in the European Cup final, as Schmeichel was standing in for Keane. Had Bayern Munich won, Oliver Kahn would have lifted the trophy as captain.
does not contain any of the letters of the word 'mackerel'?
for a bonus point, which English league club's name does not have any letters which can be filled in with a pen (eg D, P)?
