Taking on the the man (aka, O2)
i just recieved my latest mobile bill, it came as quite a shock to discover they want £550 off me when my bills usually only come to about the £20 mark
Apparantly £470 of this (as well as its VAT) relates to one WAP session. My usual WAP sessions cost me a few pence at most. I know for sure i did not do this but their customer care are saying i did and there can be no mistake - although can not say what website i was on or what i was downloading
It has reached a standoff and their customer care people now tell me to write to their complaint dept
Anyone had a similar experince and any suggestions on what i should do? There is no way i am paying this bill
