Wigan have only played 27, he would ahve been suspended for a few, they didn't do anything in the cups.
Aside from that, the tackles that he's been doen for, and didn't he get away with a bad one last week, are dangerous challenges, and thats a dirty player in my book.
Contrast against someone like Felliani, whos got about 15 yellow cards, not sure exactly, but he's just booked every game for competitive rather than dangerous tackles.
absoultely disgusting challenge, he tried to hurt Parker, that much was clear. I say ban the cunt for life, he clearly can't be trusted on a football pitch, he doesn't deserve to play football professionally, send him to prison for a little while for assult instead.
violence should not be tolerated. You wouldn't be allowed to get away with that outside of sport, so why should it be any different in this case?
It wasn't a really bad accidental challenge, it was done with so much malice and intent it's ridiculous. At the very least he shouldn't be allowed to play football for a very long time. If I was Bruce, I'd tell him to pack his bags and get the fuck out of my club, straight on the transfer list.
Martin Taylor didn't mean it and was been worried about Eduardo ever since, he seems an honest enough chap. Cattermole has been guilty of this kind of thing in the past and it was clear on this ocassion that he meant it, there was nothing about it, that even made it look close to a normal football tackle. I really hope something filters into the media like in the Keane/Haaland case, I want to see him banned for this, for a very long time.
I think what I said was more along the lines of Birmingham (and McLeish in particular) handling the situation incredibly badly by refusing to condemn Taylor. But meh.
Incidentally that was a horrible tackle, and it's been coming with Cattermole because he tends to fly in wildly. That said, Neill and Parker should have gone for their 'tackles' too, and of the free Neill's was by fr the worst.
Although as awful as the challenge was, as someone mentioned I couldn't help but have a guilty chuckle at Scott Parker's "beached whale" impersonation. Admittedly, if someone tried to kill me like that I'd have actually shit my shorts, but the humour of the whole thing was only compounded by Collison's insuing (and my heart does go out to the lad) chicken-dance.
This had lead me to the conclusion that West Ham must have hired Run DMC as physical fitness trainers.
^ this
recently banned from all pubs in the stockton area
says it all really
I need Wigan to equalise aswell
:(
Was he not just on the receiving end of a similar challenge?
yeh from lucas neill apparently
prior to this he's put two people in hospital with outrageous challenges
and even if you're on the recieving end of a bad tackle, you've got no right to go all out and (seemingly) try and break legs.
Not a right, no
but if you're going to bring psychological analysis into it, then I think it's relevant.
aye
but he's done it thrice before. Shattered Habib Beye's ankle, and put Barton and Digard in hospital. I doubt all those were as badly provoked.
what has he done now?
tried to remodel Scott Parker's leg in a cubist manner.
He's a scumbag, don't you know?
his sister was in my tutor group
she was a nutter as well.
SSN just said....
he's had 9 yellows and 2 reds this season. I'd call that dirty.
....
how has he played that many?

If that makes sense.
stop trying to be controversial you idiot
wow, that comeback was really lacking in relevance
Just seen it on the MOTD

oh shut up
OTT
Nah, it's assult in my book

^ This is as stupid as when only shallow was saying
that Martin Taylor was an awful human being and should be banned from football. Little perspective, please.
Completely different
Martin Taylor didn't mean it and was been worried about Eduardo ever since, he seems an honest enough chap. I hope something comes out about him meaning it
it's clear to me, but he'll probably try to argue against it somehow.
Did I really say that?
I think what I said was more along the lines of Birmingham (and McLeish in particular) handling the situation incredibly badly by refusing to condemn Taylor. But meh.

when you usurp
Michael Brown as the dirtiest player, you're in trouble
Brown is still ultimately a complete and utter wast of space
Scumbag
He managed to get Cole sent off.
Nearly Parker too.
There is no such thing as a definite win for West Ham
Its a bit shit but wouldn't have it any other way.
One game we play like against Boro and the next (but one) like last night.
It appears it has always been this way
aye that was something special
KUMB will be awash with Hammers furiously masterbating over Carlton.
pure cunt
spot on
I'm guessing
amazingly humble..!
in essence,..west ham deserved to win, neill should have gone, cattermole deserved it. attwell is a douche.
what a sweetheart.
...
...Roy Keane - Talent = Lee Cattermole
