Hello! The pirate bay seems to be a bit rubbish, and i Cant find the heroes episode im trying to download (S03 e14). Wheres best to get this?

Alternatively, if someone knows where this very episode is streaming, that'd be quite nice too. Im so nearly caught up with the iplayer. exciting! it'd be nice to watch it every week.
