Last week, or the week before, I bought a pair of headphones from (whatusedtobe) Dixons. When I got home, I took them out of the packet which I threw away, but made sure to keep the receipt.

They've now screwed up and the left channel sounds all robot-ish, when I touch the wire at certain points. So if I'm walking up a set of stairs, every time my left leg rises it goes horrible.

If I take the headphones and the receipt back, will I be able to get a new pair or my gorgeous money back?
