I'm 40 points behind the top guy in my friends league, all of a sudden I care about catching him (maybe I should've paid it more attention earlier in the season, but oh well).

I had a plan to get a better striker in, I swapped my 2 goalkeepers around Reina for Schwarzer (Fulham's defensive record vs Liverpool's inevitable poor league run towards the end of the season). Then I subbed Reina out for Al-Habsi (I just picked the cheapest sub goalie I could find).

With the money I saved, I was going to replace Zaki with Santa Cruz, but here's the dilemma:

Midweek fixtures -

Wigan vs West Ham
Fulham vs Blackburn

If I make this transfer now I lose 4 points, is it worth it? Wigan have an easier game and will Santa Cruz be able to score against the solid Fulham defence? On the other hand Zaki isn't doing a lot at the moment and Wigan are having problems scoring.

Help???
