Still the best thing I've seen on television.
Absolutely gripping stuff. Yes they're going back over old themes - ie. isolating them from everyone else - and yes, it's a 'thinly-veiled' political statement, made even more literal in this episode by the shackles and orange jumpsuits.
I'm just a bit confused as to where everyone's at with their powers. I thought Peter had no powers. And what happened to Hiro's?
Sylar is still as wonderful as ever. He's not as scary as he was in the early ones, but I love his murderousness. I reckon we'll definitely see him become friends with the good guys this season.
But yeah - great plot. My favourite X Men stories were always the sentinels / mutant extermination ones. There's nothing more satisfying than seeing some wonderful superhero killing a load of grunts with machine guns. Can't wait for the second one.
