i sprained my ankle 3 weeks ago (i slipped on some ice) but it still hurts! i've just started wearing a tubigrip again after a week of not having it on. is it normal to hurt for this long? i walk 40 mins each day to work (and back) and although the pain isn't that bad, it's enough for me to notice. i can't run and it hurts lots to walk up/down stairs.
should be be going to the doctor about this? or will he just tell me it needs rest and that it takes ages to heal? HELP!
