Notorious beggar Shaky Hands Man of Cardiff has apparently died. His 'schtick' was that he’d try and shake your hand and then ask you for spare change. I never shook his hand, someone I know once saw him doing a wee or something and you know that he wasn’t the type to wash his hands after.

My brother once saw him go into a pub, and whilst these girls had turned their back he stepped in and necked all their drinks.
