The audio for BBC Look North Yorkshire just played over the footage for BBC London.

During a report about a sex offender who should not be approached, it showed footage of a guy in a suit smiling at the camera etc.

Then it sort of went a bit haywire.

Is it just me who gets a massive, massive buzz when broadcasters - particularly the BBC - screw up so badly?
