What are good ways to use parsley besides as a garnish? I have a load of it leftover from a recent recipe.

just eat it with some hummus and some baba ganoush and maybe some cacik or something, idk. it's a mezze i guess but you can just eat it by itself as a salad...

That seems silly. Can I not just get regular chickpeas? All the recipes I've found are saying dried but rehydrated ones.

Everyone claims this is easy, but it's soooo good it just can't be something I could do like that and for cheap, surely.
Trufact. It made it very difficult for her to eat in our uni canteen since pretty much everything (including some desserts, incredibly) was garnished with the stuff.
she buys plants of it just to nom on in her room.
i always use a great nigel slater reciepe for it, goes a down a treat with mint and basil i think.
