Question for anyone currently out of work.

Do you think there is a job out there for you right now?

This is the second time I've been unemplyed in the last year, and last time round a lot of people here, who I didn't know, and this isn't a pop at them I should stress, suggested that I should just get any old job, no matter what it was, just to get off benefits.

I always had the outlook that there was a job for me, it was just a matter of finding it, however in the last few weeks, opportunities are a lot thinner on the ground, and I'm beginning to think that there is just a lack of jobs about.

I should point out that this isn't a 'pity me, I can't find a job, life is so hard' thread, I'm aware of the situation the world is in, and understand how things work, but wanted to get the opinion of people here.

So do you think there is a job in the marketplace for you right now, you just haven't found it yet?
