i know i know its supposed to be 2 times (or even more?) but i doubt many people keep up with that
Anything less is just minging.
surely that's what most people do?
Not exactly hard work
depends on circumstances
I brush them twice a day, because surely even the most time-pressed shower-dodging skank on the planet can spare 4 minutes of the day to stop their mouth smelling like a sewer.
I do mine at the same time as I have my morning/evening dump. Tump.
I brush mine twice a day. Sometimes more. I've recently started using a mouthwash as well because tomorrow I am going to the dentist for the first time in about 3 year and I am scared of what they will say.
That's not right.
Also, I need two hands to hold the magazine I'm reading.
I need to spit during brushing otherwise I'd choke on my own minty foam.
I feel I'm giving too much information here.
With an occasional drunk 1 and the odd OCD day of 4.
Of course I may well brush a 3rd time after lunch if i have a meeting or something along those lines.
plus mouthwash twice a day and occasional mouth-flossing when I can be bothered.
Anything less is just wrong.
Just in the morning. Bite me.
I call these people mentals.
You need to get some hot evening brushing action going on though.
usually. i went through most of last week without brushing my teeth though. shame.
I lost my toothbrush on the Thursday and just "forgot" to look for somewhere to buy a new one. It wasn't pleasant.
sleeping on people's floors and stuff. i'd forgotten to pack my toothbrush and then when i did have a toothbrush i was too shy to ask if i could borrow some toothpaste. my breath didn't smell particularly bad though and a quick rub with a t-shirt ensured they looked less gross.
Once a day when i shower or more if there's a good reason to, such as going out etc.
so glad that I'm not the only one.
It's definitely after.
So that's what I do.
usually in the shower in the morning.
and before i goto bed at night if i've not been drinking. if i've been drinking i'm usually in no fit state to be brushing my teeth
With A Sonicare electric toothbrush. I bought the thing when I had really bad teeth problems years back. Receeding gums? A thing of the past. Tartar? A thing best enjoyed with fish 'n' chips.
It's the best £60 I ever spent...
Sometimes more, like if I'm going out in the evening after dinner I'll brush them before leaving the house.
