There's always loads of threads about cooking and food and I was wondering who reckons they can cook. Also, do you know anyone who would class themselves as an 'experimental cook' a la some of the numpties that go on Masterchef.

I can cook a quite few things well but usually simplish dishes. I've a few people coming round for pizza on Saturday which is the first time anyone except me has tasted them.

What can you do? And what's your favourite/signature dish?
