i eat cereal twice a day, often (in the morning and as a midnight snack). dear god, i eat shitloads.
everyone knows Cereal reacts completely differently with men surely?

as far as I'm aware the ovaries and breasts aren't involved in the digestive process
is well known for helping break down foods high in fibre.
worked the other way - that fibre breaks down oestrogen cells?
I have no idea about this.
but doing a quick google suggests there may be a relationship. Cos fibre is a 'breaking down' thing, so it doesn't jsut work exclusively on food. It can work on other things too, like cells or hormones.
maybe? am I thinking of enzymes? (most likely)

(added, bad sugars); so if this really is all they eat, and they do no exercise, they'd soon start to pile on pounds.
Also, that's very bad nutritionally - are they only skinny or actually pretty?
becuase it still has a lot of sugar, just less than a normal packet of cereal (so for example, a reduced fat ice-cream is still gonna have bad things in it despite claims of goodness on the box)

Good cereal = shredded wheat, or muesli with nothing added to it, even though the carbohydrates themselves break down into sugar, then fat, if they're not burnt off.
i can't imagine them piling on that many pounds, but really i've never noticed this anyway

This cereal diet is sounding rather rubbish
if a man ate only half a stick of butter a day, it wouldn't matter that it's ZOMG full of fat! He'd still loose weight. Energy doesn't just appear out of thin air.
they would lose weight, but only if they eat one bowl, and according to the starting post, we dont know if that's true. If they eat ONLY cereal, and replace all other meals with it (ie three bowls a day) then eventually they would put on weight.
the girls I have in my mind have 3 bowls a day usually and 1 reg meal (usually lunch such as jacket potato or soup+bread or sanwiches).....like the special K diet?
