That lorry driver that was jailed for three years for causing the death of a family of six by careless driving. If he never killed anyone, what would his sentence have been? Much more lenient, obviously. In theory shouldn't anyone that gets arrested for the same crime he commited, minus the crash/deaths, get the same sentence?
