welcome to my club. I don't have it too seriously though. It's just a world of joy and annoying people if you miss meals. You're best to regulate it by not eating refined sugar or carbohydrates, rather than keeping emergency sugar on standby, as that just makes you feel more rubbish. I'm sure they've told you that. Best news is - Green and Blacks has raw cane sugar in, woo! So you can eat that happily.
ps this is my official medical reason why I fall asleep early at nightclubs/ATP etc. I'm not just an old lady, honest.
