nothing to do with booking fees this time, but just had a completely impromptu phone interview with them and failed horribly. firstly, it was an awful line, so I had to ask the guy to repeat himself loads which evidently he did not like doing, then he asked for an example of when I'd gone above and beyond the call over duty for a customer in my previous role, which is pretty hard to answer off the cuff. also because there isnt a fucking answer. I worked in a shop. what is above the call of duty? its not 'nam. I was told I'd failed because I havent got enough customer service experience. well read my fucking cv then.
