is on BBC 2 in just under 30 mins for anyone that's interested.
Shows how out of touch I am. I used to devour his books when I was 13, 14. Terrible disease, really sad news (to me).
it looks like it should be good.
the interviews with him i've seen have been pretty intense
was massive into terry pratchett books when i was younger, still enjoy them for a light, nostalgic read. can't imagine it's overly joyous though :/
It's pretty full on at bits, like when he met other Alzheimer's sufferers.
it was quite melancholy, certainly very moving and it explained a lot that I've never really known about or had to face before (thankfully), also it was quite amusing in places too. I will certainly be watching part two and if you didn't watch this, I think you should.
pretty damn painful to watch :(
i've never read any of his books or seen any interviews with him before but i thought he came across as a likeable guy in that programme.
2nd part starts in about 15 mins after masterchef for those interested.
i was too busy being amazed by nature's great events to watch it tonight.
I forgot about it...again. Hope I've not go Old Timer's Disease.
