this is ridiculous. So i had work at 6 on tuesday, wednesday and thursday and at 8 on friday and 730 yesterday, but i always got at least 7 hours sleep and last night i had 10 hours so why the fuck am i so tired now?
Would it be a mistake to go for an hour or so sleep now?
I am out all night tonight (superbowl-centric) so i don't want to be falling asleep.
Should i just stick with it, maybe go for a walk to wake myself up?
