where the hell are they? does anyone know of any websites or owt?

every time i try to go clothes shopping, i completely fail to find anything i like. maybe there'll be one thing every couple of months. yesterday evening i went to central london to get some new clothes and couldn't find a thing. all i really wanted was a red and black stripey jumper, maybe something else if i saw it, but looking in H&M, Topman, Urban Outfitters, American Apparel, Beyond Retro, and half of Carnaby Street, it was a total washout. other people don't seem to have this problem finding good clothes. where are they getting them from?
