What do you like in your omelette? I like ham, cheese, tomato and mushrooms. And eggs. Lol!
Shit. Potato's like the most important part. Apart from the eggs. Lol!
Not an omelette but damned tasty. I like some chorizo and spring onion in mine.
and most importantly
SCOTCH BONNET PEPPERS
or at least hot sauce
Seen them in Sainsburys.
they taste like apricots beneath all the heat
I really want to try it. Sounds crazy, but I'm sure it's good if it's one their menu, and my friend says it's amazing.
i'm going now.. too many food threads.
bye for now.
Is that weird?
So yes, very weird.
Why's that? What's it normally used in, anyway? I had some dill hummus once that was good, but beyond that I've never had it except with eggs.
It was fresh dill, by the way, not dried or whatever.
I've never put it in scrambled eggs. I'm going to try it tomorrow.
A guy serving me in sainsbury's laughed at the fact that I was buying dill once.
Also, whoever can answer this, why are dill pickles called dill pickles? Are they pickled with dill in the jar or something?
smoked salmon with french mustard and dill is astonishing.
Are dill pickles picked with dill? Idk it's an american thing innit?
And yeah, they are.
most important thing is not to overcook them. They need to be a bit fucking runny! Not like a big dry eggy cowpat.
My flatmate does this wrong. He also made his girlfriend carbonara the other day without egg yolks in it, the philistine.
- spinach and mushrooms
- bacon and sausage
- spring onions and mozarella (and sometimes tomato. PIZZA OMELETTE)
- smoked salmon. just smoked salmon. nom
they're no scrambled eggs.
I mean cheddar. Is that assumed anyway?
Cheddar is basically the default cheese.
and eggs. lol!
i put a fucking shoe in it and be done with it
Did you cook that dish I dreamt up yesterday?
Nope. You're supposed to come round and do it for me. What do I look like, a frickin' CHEF?
And look like a chef.
