Just had this slightly embarrassing exchange with a guy with an Indian-sounding accent over the phone:

Man: Do you accept agents?
Me: Agents?
Man: No, agents.
Me: Asians??!
Man: No, I would like to be AGENT for your company. I am a mortgage broker.

We both thought the other person had said Asians :(
