seaweed soup is good cos it's all watery and salty and rooibos tea is good cos it's watery, tasty and caffine free - caffine makes you more dehydrated.
Just have a glass of water after the tea and you'll be fine. People make a big deal about being "hydrated" all the time but it's very easy to tell if you are and very easy to rectify.
rooibos tea is more refreshing than black tea.
Recommend me that book you were going to recommend me, now.

I took a shot this morning before breakfast, but when I got back from extended brunch about 4pm, I nearly died.

Carrot defender; carrot juice, apple, squirt of lemon and fresh ginger. You will feel amazing.
tea and toast. orange juice and water if you're too fragile for solids
