Preferably wth at least 6 types of animal in it.
I think this is against the spirit of the thread, though, so.. there's a pub in east London what does chorizo, olive and butterbean pies, and it is one of the greatest things I've ever tasted.
just a little way east of Bethnal Green station. Served with minty mushy peas. MMMM. I'm reliably informed that the chicken and tarragon one is good too, but I can't bring myself to order it when the chorizo dream is right there.
It's excellent. Probably from the same supplier, now I think about it.

though a nice chicken and mushroom is good for a "light" pie experience
I had such an amazing one in this little country pub in Derbyshire last week. Homemade tradional steak and ale pie...absolutly spectacular.
