That brings my life total of sit-ups to about 50
it surprised me how unrewarding they are
this is the point at which i stopped, thinking the job was done...
and do a rolling plank on them! You feel that fo sho.
And JohnM vvv I've had some sweets but no breakfast. Hmmm.
This morning my exercise routine was:
8:15am - roll out of bed
8:16-8:23am - brush teeth, have a wee, wash face
8:24-8:28am - get dressed
8:30am - leave house
otherwise you end up with soap on your teeth
Do you know I'm not actually logged in? I feel like I'm posting from the beyond...
Wouldn't recommend opal fruits or cola cubes though.
