a couple of questions for those of you that go running/jogging (/yogging)
i've been thinking about starting to go running/jogging to increase my fitness and tone up. i know a fair few of you already do, could you be really nice and give me any advice you can think of please? :)
also, how often and for how long should i be looking at doing to begin with?
and then work up to what?
i saw the thread about the importance of getting the right running shoes - was it agreed that asics are the best?
i don't want to 'bulk up' my calf muscles - they wont, right?
anything else you can think of to tell me would be ace, thanks (and sorry for all the daft questions)
