TASTY SIMPLE-ISH RECIPE?
then pull em out, rinse them in cold water and leave them to the side.
cook chicken in olive oil (or tofu), brown then take out and leave on the side.
stir fry a load veg, any veg, but include an onion and two cloves of garlic. When it is cooked, chuck in the chicken/tofu, noodles, a few tablespoons of soy sauce, one of seasame oil, bit of sugar. Eat. Easy, good for you and tasty.
using the sesame oil at the end for flavouring, you shouldn't really use it as the main cooking oil.
= tasty hoi sin sauce.
add to meat.
are a must! can do instead of rice even as well. Then usually chicken and some peppers. Do you want to make your own sauce or use a readymade one?
Readymade - just pick up one from the local shop, about 90p for a 2 person sachet.

add fish sauce, soy sauce, sweet chillie sauce and coconut milk. add any other stuff you want. eat with noodles. peice of piss

is right. makes it amazing - but use proper ginger you have to peel and chop up, not dried stuff, or a crumbled ginger nut.
it was a "hilarious" gag.
meaning you need to be careful with the flavours and spices you use. If you want to make really good chinese food id suggest using a recipe rather than winging it.
put all ingredients in pan. set on fire. consume. feel a bit sick.
it's all about simple bold flavours and msg.
(i kind of agree with you, but think that it's always better to try things first without using a recipe)
