mutton/lamb and all that.
you just have to cook it differently and longer. I'm not sure the same is true for lobsters. YOu'd need a hella big pan to cook him in. Maybe a bath.
But you can't cook something that's got a name, can you? And it's got the name I call my sister :D

so much work for not a lot really. scallops are better in terms of sweet tasting fish.
crab is gorgeous though
