amber one, plz
I was like really excited to see cider, I've never seen it before. I'm sure plenty of places have it, but it's not the most popular drink here.
when i was in toronto in summer 07 strongbow was being marketed really heavily. some places do magners as well, i went to see the elected at the abbey in chicago and they did, i just sat upstairs and let the attractive waitress bring me bottles of it all night. way fun.
don't see to many native ones though, woodchuck is the only one i can remember. is Hole in the Wall still there? they had it on tap, about $4 a glass when i went there to see gang gang dancde. i had way too much and danced like a loon and clearly irritated some ugly hipster girls. WIN.
I love you for irritating irritable hipster girls, though.
I can't do 21+. I need a fake ID. I'm just about the only blondish girl at my school, though. I have a friend who looks vaguely like me, more than anyone, but she's a month younger. Luckily, I'm broke anyway.
One of the only ciders that I've seen marketed in my area for sale at the grocery, though when I cross the border to Canada I can get strongbow. :)
i ended up ILLEGALLY SMUGGLING a bunch of bottles back from the US when i was there in October, sadly all gone now.
although i got back to find that the Wetherspoons in Shepherd's Bush were selling it as part of their international beer festival thing and i got REALLY excited. the staff looked confused when i asked for it.
Maybe you can order it online somewhere or something like that? I know that's what my dad does for stuff that's not really readily available over this side of the ocean. Nice on the Wetherspoons thing though. I always get really excited when stuff like that happens to me too, haha.
not the haribo ones though, they're rank
and some haribo golden bears or starmix too please
it looks weird
i have a 16oz tub of it that i haven't opened. it's about 2 years old now but it's not like it's gonna go off. it doesn't spread, and if you put it in sandwiches and also use some kind of butter / fake butter IT CAN FALL OUT.
"In 2006 State Representative Kathi-Anne Reinstein planned to file a bill that would make the Fluffernutter the official sandwich of Massachusetts"
Not really worth it.
They sell it in Selfridges, but I'm not convinced anyone buys it for themselves to eat, I think it's in novelty gift territory
it's nice with peanut butter on toast
is the only acceptable answer
Well, minus the alcohol.
luckily I've just remembered that I've got a big sweet bag stashed in the cupboard and am now eating refresher sweets / sherbert dip to follow.
or some of those violet sweets that taste of - umm- ?
i swear only the english would come up with a sweet flavoured like a flower
I would recommend the fizzlers instead, they're very good.
just remembered I've got FAB ice lollies and Magnums in the freezer too. I should get out of this thread before I'm tempted to eat them all. THANKS ALLEY.
But it's all your guys' own doing!
But it's better than my original "your guyses"
it's the best thing ever.
do you have it then?
SAFETY WINK SAFETY WINK
the selfish children don't think about a lil old lady like me these days.
And a bunch of other weird British candy. Crazies.
Or maybe the pink spongy-ish ones, those grow on you.
refreshers ARE AMAZING
and maybe some love hearts too. And jazzies. I want jazzies.
think i've asked this before
might be a year old though. they're bloody awful! they used to be the best thing ever when I was a kid.
